Welcome! I'm Lenka Trnovcová, the heart and soul behind Laveutu. I'm a holistic psychologist, mindfulness coach, and sound healer, and I'm passionate about guiding people on their journey to well-being. For over 15 years, the enchanting island of Mallorca has been my cherished home, a place I've fallen deeply in love with.

Laveutu was born from my deep-seated passion for personal growth, wellness, and vibrant health. Over the past four years, I've poured my heart into creating this project, dedicating myself to extensive training and developing programs that nurture the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.
